  • Can I cancel?

    Buyer protection covers you for a full refund within 24 hours of buying, as long as the event is at least 72 hours away. After that, standard refunds apply until 48 hours before doors. Inside 48 hours, the seat is non-refundable so it doesn't fall to a waitlisted guest.

  • What if I'm late?

    Doors close at the listed start time. We hold seats for the first 5 minutes — after that, your seat may be released to the waitlist.

  • Is the show recorded?

    Yes, audio is recorded live and released later as an episode of the show. The live room is the original.

  • What if the host cancels?

    You're refunded in full automatically, even within 48h. We also report cancellations transparently in your account.
